Capacitance gauges from ADE are used to make very precise, non-contact measurements of linear displacement, thickness and TIR in a variety of laboratory applications.

Our model 5430 dimensional gauging system is available in one or two channel versions, complete and ready to make measurements.

Gauging modules are also available to interface to National Instruments and other popular data acquisition cards.

ADE Technologies introduces our new 6810 high resolution linear displacement gauging module. The 6810, in combination with 6000 series probes and sensors, is a new active gauging system intending to provide exceptionally high resolution, low noise displacement measurements. The 6810 offers customers state-of-the-art performance for high dynamic measurements – resolution < 20 picometers is possible, at a measurement bandwidth of 5 kHz! No other competitive product approaches this level of performance.

6810 Benefits

High resolution, low noise performance – typically up to 10x better resolution compared to competitive systems.

The 6810 gauging module and 6000 series probes (in most cases) are the same physical size as the equivalent ATI 5810 gauging module and 5000 series probes – it is a “drop in” replacement for customers who wish to upgrade from existing 5810 systems – no design changes are required. Gauging module pin outs on the rear panel of the 6810 are also identical to the 5810.

The 6810 is ideal for use with ATI’s SpinCheck Metrology System – The 6810 is 100% compatible with existing and new SpinCheck systems. Existing SpinCheck customers can typically improve measurement resolution by 2X to 5X by upgrading to 6810 gauging modules and 6000 series probes.
